My name is Frank Burnette and I am President of RRZ Investment Management, Inc., a Pittsburgh based investment management company. I would like to discuss your Russel Rae and Zappala organizational chart as your time permits. The page I reviewed indicates that my firm is at the top of an organizational chart that operates numerous waste management operations in your area. I feel this portrayal is inaccurate as our firm is not acting in this capacity.

Two of my firms shareholders who are inactive in my business have been associated with these waste management facilities but our firm should not be identified in this organizational chart. My firm, RRZ Investment Management, Inc. was spun off from RRZ & G Holdings in April of 1996 and now is a separate sub-s corporation. Our only line of business is to perform investment management services for institutions and high net worth individuals. None of our activities relate to waste management services. Please ammend your organizational chart or feel free to contact me at 412-209-9200 to further discuss. Thank-you or your prompt attention to this matter.

So far, Mr. Burnette has not furnished us with any information to back his claims. If and when he does, we'll be glad to look into the matter and fix the chart accordingly.
