Mediation is a fair and efficient process that helps to resolve disputes and reach agreements between groups / members of groups and institutions.
Mediation involves a third party that assists people in conflict to collaboratively reach a mutually crafted solution to their dispute. Mediation is confidential, identifies important issues, saves time and money, and empowers people to make their own decisions for a resolution. Mediation may be a much faster process than litigation and can result in a binding agreement.
