Regulatory Issues at Hū Honua’s Construction Site: A YouTube Journey Through Time

Hu Honua’s grading permits still add up to eight acres although NPDES HI 10F557 states Hu Honua is disturbing 28 acres.  I have attached various videos which show that 28 acres were previously disturbed and graveled.  I have two degrees in Landscape architecture and in my opinion Hu Honua is trying to cover past land disturbing activity not covered by a County approved grading permit.  The newspapers have also published photos taken from the air.
